Kosuke Kunimine

• 2006 Joined the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) (~2014)
  Engaged primarily in energy policy and legal frameworks for derivatives, including the development of regulations for electricity derivatives.
  While seconded to the Cabinet Office, was responsible for economic trend analysis and drafting of the Annual Report on the Japanese Economy and Public Finance.
  Passed the Preliminary Bar Examination (2012) and the National Bar Examination (2013).

• 2014 Participate in Legal apprenticeship in Japan, and Registered as an Attorney-at-Law (Japan, 2015)

• 2016 Joined Morrison & Foerster LLP (Tokyo Office)
  Engaged in general corporate matters, M&A, real estate transactions, personal data protection, and litigation.

• 2023 Registered as Patent Attorney (Japan); Appointed as Expert Member, Regulatory Reform Promotion Council (Cabinet Office in Japan)
